Hi When I was at school, my art teacher once asked me " Does art depress you or do you enjoy making a mess?" It sounds a little harsh, but actually she was right. I do enjoy making messy art. I love to lay down colour in splotches or splashes and see what I end up with. The messier the better. I have come to realise that it doesn't matter whether other people like what I do. If I like it that's all that matters. If you want to start painting but always think "I'm not artistic", or "It doesn't look good", just go for it. You will enjoy yourself.
